Accessibility Statement

Nestor Insurance Services wants everyone to be able to learn about coverage and reach us easily, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

What We've Done

• Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast, including smaller text.
• Pages use clear headings, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link for screen readers and keyboard users.
• Menus, buttons, expandable sections and form fields can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages adjust to phones, tablets and zoomed-in text without sideways scrolling.
• Animations are reduced for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.

Known Limitations

• Appointment booking, policy sharing and life insurance quoting are provided by other companies. We've chosen widely used tools, but we don't control their accessibility.
• Some documents from insurance companies, such as policy forms and declarations pages, may not be fully accessible. We're happy to walk you through them by phone.
